What to know after purchasing

When an order is processed
Orders are processed from Monday to Thursday from 08.00 to 17.00 and on Friday from 08.00 to 13.00 CET. An order received after payment is normally processed within 2 working days.
Confirm payment
The operational flow starts from the confirmation of payment.
Weekends and holidays
Orders received after hours, on weekends or during Italian holidays are processed on the first working day.
Packaging and delivery to the courier
Once packaged, the package is entrusted to the courier for delivery to its destination.
Courier and tracking number
Alpha uses different couriers based on the market and destination. When your order is shipped, you receive tracking information.
Shipping email
At the time of processing you will receive an email with courier and tracking number.
Customer account
When available, the shipping status can also be consulted from the account.
Courier website
Tracking allows you to follow the progress directly on the relevant courier's website.
Coupon and cart data
Before confirming the order, check coupons, products, variants, sizes and address. Errors in your shopping cart can slow down handling, production or shipping.
Discount code
Enter the code in the coupon area of the cart and apply it before proceeding to checkout.
Products and variants
Check size, configuration, quantity and order notes before payment.
Customized orders
For a made-to-measure wetsuit, measurements and technical preferences must be clear before confirmation.

Operational calendar
Italian working days and holidays
Order management follows working hours and the Italian calendar. This helps to correctly read pick-up times and shipping communications.
Order management times
Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00 CET and Friday 08:00-13:00 CET.
- Orders out of hours: first working day.
- Orders after payment: normally within 2 working days.
Italian holidays
January 1 and 6, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25, May 1, June 2, August 15, November 1, December 8, 24, 25 and 26.
- During these dates, processing may be postponed to the next available day.
Customized products
Made-to-measure wetsuits may take a different time than available products, because they include measurement control and dedicated processing.

Shipping
Delivery, times and shipping information
Shipping depends on availability, destination, payment method and product type. For made-to-measure wetsuits, the times also include checking measurements and dedicated processing before handing them over to the courier.
Destination and costs
Shipments are managed based on the country of destination and the conditions shown during the purchase. Any promotions or shipping thresholds are applied in the order path.

Payment and departure
Shipping starts after payment confirmation. The bank transfer can take more days than the immediate methods, because the order is processed after crediting.

An available item can be entrusted to the courier after normal processing of the order. A tailor-made wetsuit first requires data control, any clarifications and production.
