I received my order, but I should return it, what should I do?

Within 30 (thirty) working days from the day of receipt of the article, enter the “Request Return” section of your account on and click on “Request new return”. Then fill in the required fields: 1) Select the order and the item or items you want to return. 2) Reasons for the return Once all the data have been filled in, the confirmation screen will be displayed with a summary of the data and the possibility to add further comments. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail with a pdf attachment to be included in the package to be returned.

Is the return charged to me?

 Alpha Wetsuits offers free returns on garments purchased on the A-Store Online within 30 days. You will not be charged for any fees.

What shipper can I use to ship my return?

The customer can choose at his discretion the courier or the postal service with which to make the return. We recommend using a service that also offers the tracking of goods in order to verify the correct receipt of the return at our warehouse. Alpha will not respond in any way to damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. The goods must be returned intact and carefully packed in the original packaging, complete with every accessory.

when will I receive a refund?

As soon as we receive the returned goods, our warehouse will check already received items and will open a return file. Subsequently – within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the return – the refund will be made by crediting the credit card of the customer or his Paypal account depending on the payment method used originally.


All products marketed by Alpha are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty and the 24-month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 24/02. To use the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice (or DDT) that will receive along with the purchased goods.

2. The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 24/02 applies to the product that presents a lack of conformity, provided that it is used correctly. This guarantee, in compliance with Legislative Decree no. N. 24/92, is reserved only to the private consumer (a physical person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating in the order form a reference of VAT number). In case of lack of conformity, Alpha provides, with the exception of transport costs that remain charged to the Customer, to restore the conformity of the product by repair / replacement or to reduce the price, until the contract is terminated. If, as a result of intervention by an Authorized Service Center, there should not be a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery required by the Authorized Service, as well as transport costs if incurred by Alpha

3. The hypothesis in which, for any reason Alpha, was not able to replace a product under warranty (restored or replaced), may proceed, subject to the consent of the customer, to replace the product itself (if still listed) or with another of equal characteristics and value or, finally, to issue a discount voucher of the same amount spendable on another product valid for 6 months from the time of release.

4. No damage may be claimed to Alpha for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements of products under warranty.
