Before ordering, the customer must check the product, size, configuration, measurements, price, address and payment method.
Made-to-measure or clearly personalized wetsuits follow specific conditions for production, modification, withdrawal, return and assistance.
Orders, shipments, returns and guarantees are linked to the operational pages published on the site and to the communications sent to the customer.

The Alpha Wetsuits website is operationally managed by Cube Digital Ltd as an ecommerce agency. These terms regulate the use of the site and the online purchase of products available on the Alpha Wetsuits digital channel, together with the information shown at checkout and in the documents sent to the customer.

Returns must follow the published procedure and conditions. Products made to measure or clearly personalized may be excluded from the normal right of withdrawal, except for defects or cases provided for by law.
Return request
The request must be initiated within the indicated times, with order number, product, reason and conditions of the item.
Product status
The product must return intact, complete, correctly packaged and with accessories or documentation received.
Made to measure and personalized
Before ordering a custom configuration, the customer must clarify applicable measurements, materials, variants and conditions.
Warranty, compliance and limitations
The products are covered by the legal guarantee applicable to consumers and, when present, by the manufacturer's conventional guarantee. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, inadequate maintenance, unauthorized interventions or normal wear and tear.
Lack of conformity
In case of a problem, the customer must contact Alpha with order number, description, photos and available documents.
Possible solutions
When the defect is recognised, repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or other solution compliant with the law may be considered.
Correct use
The customer must use and store the products according to the instructions, nature of the material and intended use.
Intellectual property and use of the site
Trademarks, texts, images, graphics, layout, technical contents, product names and materials on the site belong to their respective owners and cannot be copied or used without authorization.
Correct use
You must not compromise the security, integrity, availability or correct functioning of the site.
